Hi, I’m Fadhillah Rahmawaty Howells, but you can call me Dee. Born and raised in Palembang, South Sumatra, I come from a proud Minang heritage of West Sumatra, Indonesia. 

My deep-rooted love for Indonesian cuisine began with my family's traditions, where I developed a passion for exploring the rich blend of Indonesian spices and ingredients.  After moving to Australia, I found myself longing for the authentic street food and home-cooked meals that defined my childhood.  Inspired by my travels across Indonesia, I decided to recreate the beloved Indonesian foods, cakes, cookies, snacks, crackers, and drinks that I missed the most. 

My mission is to share the authentic, original, and traditional tastes of Indonesia with food lovers everywhere. 

I am always refining my recipes to ensure they stay true to their roots while delivering an unforgettable experience.
