How to cook Tekwan

Add Chopped cucumber, fried shallot, and lemon juice in preparation if you like

COOKING INSTRUCTION COOK FROM FROZEN

  1. Boil 1000ml water
  2. Soak glass noodle in hot water until soft and drain
  3. Add 50 ml hot water to sambal until defrost
  4.  Add prawn, soup spice, Fish ball and vegetables packet to boiling water until fishballs are double size.
  5. Adding some water if too salty.
  6. Tekwan is ready to Serve with glass noodle, sambal, chopped cucumber, fried shallot and lemon juice if you desire
