How to cook Tekwan

COOKING INSTRUCTION COOK FROM FROZEN
- Boil 1000ml water
- Soak glass noodle in hot water until soft and drain
- Add 50 ml hot water to sambal until defrost
- Add prawn, soup spice, Fish ball and vegetables packet to boiling water until fishballs are double size.
- Adding some water if too salty.
- Tekwan is ready to Serve with glass noodle, sambal, chopped cucumber, fried shallot and lemon juice if you desire
