Skippy Peanut cookies is one of my favourite Indonesian Peanut butter Cookies.
My wonderful mother and sister passed this recipe down to me. It's one of my favourite Eid cookies ever. I am sure my sister will agree too, It's a bit different from the usual peanut cookies. My mother using fresh toasted peanut, roughly ground (chunky size cut), add butter, icing sugar and some flour to form to a ball and bake it.
This butter peanut cookies is become my husband favourite snack in Evening with a glass of whisky or a cuppa Green Tea for me.
