Bakso is an Indonesian meatball soup made from beef/chicken, tapioca flour and spices. It is a popular street food dish, often served in a flavorful meat broth with noodles, tofu, vegetables, and garnished with fried shallots and scallions. The word "bakso" can refer to a single meatball or the complete dish of meatball soup
Bakso Paket Siap Saji is a ready to cook Bakso frozen meal in which all condiments (Meat balls, noodle, chilli, soup spice, meat stock and fried onion) are included in the package.
This Family Packet will serve up to 2 people : meatballs, a packet of spices for 1 litre of water, mince for soup stock, a packet of dried glass noodles, a packet of fried shallot/dried chive/chili flake.
Cooking instructions are included on the packet.
COOKING INSTRUCTION - COOK FROM FROZEN
Add Yellow / Rice Noodle, Bok Choy, lemon juice, kecap manis and tomato sauce in preparation if you like.
- Boil 1000 cc water
- Soak glass noodle in hot water until soft
- Add meat stock, soup spice and meatballs to boiling water until meat balls are double size then add spring onion
- Adding some water if too salty
- Bakso is ready to serve with glass noodle, chilli, fried shallot and lemon juice. Add kecap manis and tomato sauce if you desire.
