Siomay is an Indonesian steamed mix chicken and fish dumpling, made from Chicken and Fish, tapioca flour, Chokos vegetables, onion, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt and served with spicy peanut sauce.
Other condiments to add in to Siomay are steamed cabbage, potatoes, melon bitter, boiled egg and tofu (if you like).
Cut Siomay Dumpling into bite size pieces, add the other condiments and topped with a peanut sauce, kecap manis, chili sauce and a dash of lime juice if you desire.
