Siomay is an Indonesian steamed chicken and fish dumpling. Made from Chicken, Fish, tapioca flour, Chokos, onion, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt and served with spicy peanut sauce.
Other condiments to add to Siomay are steamed cabbage, potatoes, melon bitter, boiled egg and tofu (if you like).
Cut Siomay Dumpling into bite size pieces, add the other condiments and top with a peanut sauce, kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), chilli sauce and a dash of lime juice if you desire.
